One clear rate: £20 an hour
£14 an hour goes to your cleaner and £6 an hour to Day One for finding, vetting and managing them. One month minimum, then just two weeks' notice. Nothing hidden, nothing added on.

How the £20 breaks down
£14 an hour to your cleaner. Paid directly to them after each visit, so the person doing the work keeps a proper rate.
£6 an hour to Day One. Paid monthly in advance. It covers interviewing and vetting your cleaner, DBS checks, matching, holiday and sickness cover, a replacement if it is not working out, and someone to call if anything needs putting right.
Bigger homes and small offices
The hourly rate is the same whatever the size of your home. A 2-bed usually takes 2 to 2.5 hours (£40 to £50 a visit), a 4-bed about 4 hours (£80), and the online booking form suggests the hours for you.
Small offices, salons, studios and shops are cleaned at the same £20 an hour, weekly, fortnightly or monthly, with the hours agreed after a quick look at the space.

Your questions, answered
Do I need to be home during the clean?
Not at all. Most customers leave us secure entry instructions when they book. You'll always have the same trusted, DBS-checked cleaner, so many people are happy to hand over a key or give us a code.
Do you bring your own cleaning products?
Yes, our cleaners arrive with eco-friendly products and equipment as standard. If you'd prefer we use your own products, just leave them out and let us know.
What if I'm not happy with a clean?
Just tell us within 24 hours and we'll send your cleaner back to put it right at no extra cost. That's our satisfaction guarantee on every visit.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. There's a one month minimum to give your cleaner a fair start, then you can pause, reschedule or cancel with two weeks' notice. You can switch between weekly and fortnightly whenever life changes.
